MtvIRC v. 2.1

This is the version of MtvIRC v2.1 (for newer phones) based on jmIrc source code, it is used for chatting using IRC (Internet Relay Chat). With this client you can chat to people from all over the world and best of all you can chat for free, all you have to pay for is using your cell phone ISP's (Internet Service Provider) network which is very little compared to the price of SMS (Short Message Service).
